Shipping, Damage, and Pick Up Policy

TAT is 5-10 business days AFTER your payment has been received - 10-15 business days during Holidays. Everything is made to order -- as I want the products as fresh as possible for YOU!  I will do my best to keep you posted on processing times from week to week at the top of my page. In the event that I run into issues when preparing your order, I will reach out via email ASAP. Please provide an email that is checked frequently as these issues might be quick to arise, and will need an answer in order to finish preparing your order. 

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND PROCESSING TIME IS DIFFERENT THAN SHIPPING TIME.

DAMAGED ITEMS 

Should your package arrive damaged, >>DO NOT throw away ANY contents, including the package or products!<< Your carrier may need to assess the damage. I ship through USPS and are NOT responsible for your package once it has been accepted by the shipping carrier. This INCLUDES but is NOT limited to delays, damages, and theft after delivery. Should any of these occur, YOU MUST CALL the carrier responsible for delivering your package. I am unable to resolve these issues or any other issues regarding the carrier, as I only have access to the same tracking information as you.

Shipping prices DO NOT reflect ANY import taxes OR fees for your package. PLEASE BE AWARE that additional fees may arise from your local agency. 

Those in Woodward, OK: You are able to pick up your order and your shipping will be refunded. Please contact me within 2-4 business days about arranging a time to pick up your order. Late afternoon/evening works best for me; however, I am willing to find a time that works best for you.
